CopilotCostManagement-UserData.Read.All
Allows the app to read identity-attributed Copilot cost management data for the organization on behalf of the signed-in user, including any named user's Copilot credit balance, per-user consumption rankings, and usage aggregated by security group. This exposes individual users' Copilot consumption and the identifiers of the security groups used to scope Copilot spending.
