CopilotCostManagement-Policy.ReadWrite.All
Allows the app to read, create, update, and delete Copilot spending policies on behalf of the signed-in user. It can set the initial audience, read and change alert recipients, and select a billing method. New or changed policies may take effect immediately and restrict user spending. The app can also see who created and last modified each policy.
